Do not store carbonated drinks, acidic beverages, dry ice, milk, dairy products or baby food as the liquid may spoil and cause discomfort when consumed, potentially causing damage to the bottle and injury to yourself.

✅ Does the bottle have a temperature limitation for beverages?

The bottle made with Tritan can carry liquids ranging from 23°F to 194°F (-5℃ to 90℃). Before drinking, make sure to check the temperature of the beverage inside the bottle to avoid potential scalding.

✅ How do I clean my bottle? Is it dishwasher friendly?

Wash the bottle with dishwashing detergent thoroughly each time before using, and let it dry completely before storing. Do not wash with steel wool or chemical wipes to avoid scuffing. This bottle is not microwave, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, or dish dryer friendly.

✅ Can I use alcohol to sanitize the surface of the bottle, including the lid and the bottle itself?

To sanitize the surface of the bottle and the lid, wipe it swiftly with a cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol (less than 75%).

✅ Can I use white vinegar or baking soda to remove limescale or rust stains from the interior of the bottle?

To remove limescale or rust stains, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar or baking soda for the neutral dishwashing detergent for Tritan variant and dilute it with warm water. Use a soft cloth to clean it thoroughly. Rinse with water and then dry it off or let it air dry. Avoid using hard objects to scrape off limescale or rust stains as it may damage the interior of the bottle.
